The customer service. I was able to add my Hilton rewards points for the stay. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Wonderfully large accommodation with extensive living room, desperate kitchen and master bedroom with robes. Has a fireplace that I wish we could light but no wood, likely not encouraged. Nice location. A river view round have been only nicer.
