The owner is soo lovely! I had food poisoning on the overnight bus to Phong Nha and he gave me access to a room very early so I didn't have to suffer in the common room. He went out of his way to help us and brought us to the bus station when we left. Unfortunately I was too sick to see the town or caves, but I spent my whole time in the room and can assure you it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Hopefully I'll be back one day to actually explore the area lol.

The location is very beautiful on the shore of the lake. The hotel itself in a large area and various buildings. The staff is very nice and helpful. The meals and cocktails in the restaurant are very good.
