The stunning view from our room, the beautiful beach, and the pool were by far the best we've experienced in Fujairah, especially when compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Fairmont really made our stay remarkable and unforgettable. The exceptional service provided by the staff made it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Ashwini, Aisha, Goldi, Mohammed, Karuna, Anmol, and the bellman who showed us to our rooms. The staff who checked us in Abdullah and until check-out had taken extra care of us and all the front desk with other hotel staff were very helpful.

I like the reception, they were very professional and helpful. Complimentary coffee served in the waiting time. The room was really nice. It was clean, nicely decorated with all the amenities and the view from the balcony was tremendous. The staff were so helpful. Best Swimming pool with a drink bar. A kid's zone is also available there. It's a complete package for a couple or family.

The service was exceptional, they made bespoke accommodations for us as we were there to do an early morning ride. Hamad made sure we had breakfast ready at 4.30am and drove a support car for us throughout the ride providing water, ice and food to get through the ride in the heat. Really great service and thank you Hamad for taking care of us!

The City Tower Hotel is situated in the middle of Fujairah city within a short driving distance from beach. It offers free usage of swimming pool, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and gym (separate for ladies and gents). Very Good Hotel Well mannered staff specially front office staff Bushra Mumtaz she is very helpful she upgraded us with a good room with good view she welcome us with a beautiful smile We surely visit again.. City Tower a good choice for family and friends.
