It is well located with easy access inti the historic centre of Vienna, It has easy access to bus, tram and underground links. All the staff are lovely (from waiting staff to housekeeping to receptionists) and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding both in terms of the range of foods on offer and the quantity and quality. The free afternoon tea and cake is a nice touch although we were often out and about at that time of the day. This is a hotel that goes over and above to provide an excellent service, eg. offering additional pillows and duvets upon request.
