This historic hotel is situated on Peer’s market square and dates from 1773. Hotel De Boskar Peer features free WiFi and an elegant restaurant housed in the former town hall. The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. I initially thought I had booked a suite with a bathtub, but it turned out that suites come either with a shower or a bathtub. During check-in, I asked if there was a possibility to switch, but unfortunately, all suites were fully booked at that moment. However, just an hour after we checked in, the receptionist kindly approached us and offered to move us to another suite with a bathtub, as a last-minute cancellation had made it available. This level of attentiveness and service truly made our stay exceptional!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I had everything that I needed and were on hand if I had any questions. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had lovely views of the garden filled with espaliered trees. The shower and bath were large and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - all the things you'd expect with great fresh-baked pastries and some incredible local cheese. The hotel has amazing views over Circuit Zolder and of the forests surrounding the area. With lakes and trails all over, as well as the on-site spa and brasserie, Hotel de Pits really has everything. A wonderful stay and I only regret that I didn't have time to sample the beers! I'll endeavour to come back again.
