Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

Really enjoyed the fireplace and having a comfortable couch to relax and watch tv. We were disappointed with the breakfast only because we were looking forward to a hot as breakfast being served - but that is a seasonal offer. Otherwise food was fine.

Our early check-in request was denied. We received our first room at 2:00 PM, and our second room after 3:00 PM.
