Hot pool outside, everything you like. Service cleaning two times a day. İn the evening cleaning they left you some chocolate. İt so sweet. Location is perfect.. The Bahnhofstrasse and the center is about 3km. The hotel has His own Station is Dolder Station. So you can go to the city by train or shuttle. The meal is so gurme and tasty. The hotel is an experience in itself. You could travel to this hotel alone and still have a complete and fulfilling trip. The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered. They were genuinely friendly and warm. It didn’t feel like dealing with typical city hotel employees. They took their time explaining the best ways to explore Zurich, offering helpful tips and showing exactly how to get around. Their sincerity and kindness really stood out. The location is excellent. Zurich HB station is within walking distance, along with many other key places in the city. The room was spotless and very comfortable. On rainy days, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk and return it after my walk. The hotel felt like a destination of its own. It was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It was an amazing environment to be in.
