Very nice place to stay with lots of character. Rooms were tidy, clean and in order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and well presented.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Rooms surrounded by a 4-hectare park are offered in Puyehue, only a 20-minute drive from Puyehue National Park. Guests can relax in the cosy living room by the fireplace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Audrey gave us some great hiking recommendations and the food was delicious. The lodge is located in a beautiful and pastoral area with great views of the mountains and lake.

Amazing place. The best hotel I’ve ever visited. Would be better if one of the 8 pools was a proper hot pool though. Just a minor item.
