The cozy lobby with a fireplace and scenic view made it a great spot to unwind, we enjoyed spending some time on the outdoor terrace with a traditional music and lamb on the grill. Horse riding was a highlight for our kid.

Hotel Altiplanico Puerto Natales has comfortable rooms styled with natural fabrics featuring splendid views of the bay. They are equipped with heating, safety deposit boxes and private bathrooms with showers. There is something very special about this hotel. We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

It stands in the historic center of the city as a guardian and witness of the history of Punta Arenas and its cultural heritage, being a fundamental part of its development. All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. Clean and lovely, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was the perfect with an omelet station and fresh bread and juice!

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Free WiFi access is available and guests are served a complimentary breakfast daily. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
