Centrally located and close to the bus station and sea front. The owner made every attempt to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He arranged a packed lunch as we were on an early trip to Magdalena Island and stowed our luggage until we got back.

El Altiplanico se encuentra en una zona natural privilegiada, con amplias vistas a la bahía de Última Esperanza. The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is located right in the center of town with proximity to the seaside promenade, restaurants and a cruise to Magdalena Island.

El establecimiento es la mejor opción para visitar Torres del Paine y todos los lugares de interés de la Patagonia. Clean and lovely, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was the perfect with an omelet station and fresh bread and juice!

Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
