The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

El Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai se halla en Shanghái y cuenta con piscina cubierta, spa y 5 sitios para comer. Todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Particularmente el Concierge principal, y otro de nombre Luigi. Ambos se aseguraron de responder todas nuestras preguntas y Luigi hasta de buscar un técnico que nos asesorara con nuestras conexión de datos y uso de las apps. Apreciamos también el shuttle a la estación del metro, en excelente zona. El hotel impecable, moderno y muy cómodo.

We got room with beautiful city view and Jing’an temple that light up during the night. Concierge is really helpful to book restaurants, and suggesting everything we need. Breakfast has immense options. Bed & room is very comfortable. Shout out to Camille from reception staff who makes everything super easy breezy, from the personal greetings, in room check in even she have little surprise birthday cake for me! Definitely will return when we go back to Shanghai!
