To go outside the old town you have to walk about 5-10 min. and there you can catch DiDi (taxi) or a bus. The helpful service is, next to the property location, another strong point of this place. Everything can be done for you there: they will book a bus ticket for you if you don't know how or you simply don't want to due to language barriers; they will help you with your luggage when you arrive (beacuse cars are not allowed in the old town district); they will order a food to you when all nearby restaurants are closed due to late hour. Breakfast was also very good - you can choose local or western option.

From the moment I walked into this place. I felt an immediate sense of peace. The space for breakfast and tea is so serene and beautifully designed — truly zen. The owner is incredibly hospitable, and you can feel the love and care she puts into welcoming her guests. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with healthy, high-quality ingredients and so much attention to detail. It was surprisingly hard to say goodbye after just a few days. Our room was also lovely, with large windows that opened to stunning mountain and garden views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Weggestopt in het beroemde Shangri-La, Courtyard Shangri-la is een rustige omgeving met gezellige kamers met Tibetaanse accenten. Er is gratis WiFi in het hele pension en gratis parkeergelegenheid. Incredible service, extremely reliable and amazing driver. Could not recommend highly enough, especially for a solo traveler or friends traveling. Great space.

With guestrooms scattered in the foot or mid-levels of snow mountains, Jinmao Hotel Lijiang has been designed to form a street scene similar to those found in the old city of Lijiang, where guests can... Jinmao Purelax Lijiang exceeded every aspect of our expectations. The staffs are super polite and helpful, rooms are neat and clean. We can see the Yulong Snowy Mountain right at the balcony and at the buffet hall. The internal landscaping is gorgeous. With trees and flowers of all kinds surrounded, there's a great sized lake where black swans and ducks call it home too. The hotel also keeps a few alpacas, ponies, goats and boarder collies. Our children really enjoyed petting the animals and feeding the swans and fish every morning.

The owner is so friendly and supportive! He helped our family whenever we needed help, which really made our stay comfortable and unforgettable ! Strongly recommend!
