We got massage with our booking which were great! Got a room-upgrade too bc of the pool, lovely room with a great terrace! The first room didn't have aircondition which got quite hot but the next room did and we loved it.

the proximity to the airport and quickness of the staff in assisting transportation, etc. the room was lovely and worth the upgrade. the restaurants on the property were also very nice and the food was great at the international restaurant.

Such a lovely house - great location to explore the town and the surrounding hills, but also a lovely space to relax and read a book. Three cuddly cats and a puppy were the cherry on top!

Lovely little apartment on the fringe of Guatape’s centre. It felt really relaxed and peaceful. The shower was hot & had good pressure.

Room was lovely, shower great, powerful with really nice soaps. The noise not bad at all. Staff were friendly and helpful on reception. Loved the entrance cafe for its delicious breakfasts. The jacuzzi infinity pool on the roof was wonderful with fabulous views. In a pedestrian zone, which is def a benefit as no traffic noise and pollution, and with loads of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. We easily walked the last few metres from where our taxi dropped us.

The stay at this hotel was exceptional, highlighted by the excellent service from the warm and attentive staff. The infinity pool and jacuzzi, set against breathtaking views, provided a serene escape. The room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, offering both luxury and comfort. This hotel is a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation.

The staff was superfriendly, they helped us out multiple times with tours or when we needed information. The rooftop with jacuzzi was amazing, the restaurant was really good, the room was very clean and beautiful. The spa is in the basement so you can go down with your bathrobe and have a shower in your room afterwards. My boyfriend proposed to me in Medellin and they helped him out with the communication with the restaurant. Thank you so much guys! :)

All! The hotel is lovely decorated, relaxing vibe. Staff is wonderful and provides excellent service. Room is lovely, a tad small but just fine and the tab with drinking water is super! Location of the hotel is perfect. Just around the corner is an area with many lovely restaurants. The pool area on the rooftop is being upgraded with a bar area which for sure will become one of the hotpots in town. Would definitely stay there again!
