I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

Offering an indoor pool, a spa and a fitness centre, Holiday Inn Bucaramanga is just a 20-minute drive from the airport. It also offers an on-site restaurant and bar. Love everything, the service, the room, the rooftop restaurant and 1 minute walk to a beautiful 4 stories Mall. Bank next door and plenty of taxis to get around.

The 5-star Hotel Dann Carlton is located in the exclusive Bucaramanga district, central Santander. It offers luxurious accommodations and panoramic city views from the rooftop pool and sun terrace. It was very clean , good facilities. The staff was all very friendly and helpful . Good location will be staying again in the future !!
