They were very accomodating, the reception was very warming and friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, large and the location was perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The morning breakfast was superb. We recommend this without hesitation and would stay there again.

Facilities are well equipped and beautiful.

The property is 5 km from Selvatura Adventure Park. We were greeted right away by Randall who was friendly, informative, and helpful with our stay in Monteverde. The property was beautiful with a nice walking trail. The breakfast was fresh everyday and so delicious! Our room was spacious and clean! The location was close to the town center and had some amazing views for sunrise and sunset. We would definitely stay at Belcruz Family lodge again. Thank you Randall for having us at your B&B, it was wonderful!

Whole Manolas area is beautiful and the garden is well maintained and has some amazing plants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and served in an outdoor area. Highly recommended.
