The location, overlooking the river, is fantastic; the historical building has been renovated preserving its original layout, while at the same time offering modern bedrooms and very comfortable beds; the breakfast buffet is varied and abundant. I went there with no expectation wanting to visit Aquapark Moravia on my way to Croatia. I ended up felling in love with this place. The owner is super nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean and the bed was super large and comfortable. I really enjoyed the shared kitchen. It was fully equipped, very big, with three tables. There is a large shared patio, where you can enjoy nice weather. The winery that is attached to the house offers a variety of wines from the owners own vineyard. I will definately come back.

The villa is in a very quiet and pleasant place by the river. It was not difficult for me to find it, because I had played the route with Street View. The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk from the palace. I really liked the interior and exterior, because in general I love natural materials. The communication with the host was quite good, although unexpected. They unlocked us remotely and the cards were waiting for us at the reception. We were the only guests (four in two rooms) and practically enjoyed absolute peace, quiet and privacy. We slept great. The rooms had comfortable beds and all the amenities in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a coffee machine downstairs for free and a cooler with drinks (for a fee of course). We had not requested breakfast. We saw the host the next morning before leaving to pay for the stay. The host was very polite and kind. The stay in the villa was pleasant and we were satisfied

The whole property was beautiful and the location was great. We had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable there.

Access to the shared kitchen came in handy in the morning. Our group had an overnight stay with a late booking, but the hosts made the process run smoothly.
