Romantic Hotels in Bavaria

Lovely room - upgraded to a junior suite. Lovely hotel with a courtyard to sit in. Really nice facilities and bar. Staff were pretty helpful. We booked this place late night after escaping a. Dodgy Air B&B - and they welcomed us in and made up a bed for our daughter straight away.

It's a lovely, characterful hotel, with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast is good, and the library/bar is a delightful place in which to relax. It's a great location, near the city centre but with nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Our second stay, and would visit again.

The Kolbergarten ( an impressive looking villa in wooded grounds) is the annexe of the Kolberbräu hotel. We were upgraded to the main hotel (where breakfast is served and underground car park is located) in a lovely room overlooking the main shopping street. The staff were all very friendly

We were upgraded to a Maisonette room which had 2 bathrooms. The amenities at the hotel are superb with a swimming pool, gym, sauna etc. Breakfast included in the stay was really elaborate. Ample parking space and was a little away from the town. Riessersee lake right in front is an added beauty and was a good hiking option. Overall a perfect stay to chill and relax.

Beautiful location and apartment in a lovely, romantic town! We got a free upgrade to the upstairs apartment, probably about 2-3 times the size of our original booking, with scenic views of the valley and town. Check-in and finding free parking was easy thanks to the great communication from the host.

Absolutely great accomodation for a lovely romantic weekend. The hostess was friendly and eager to help out with all of our needs. The quality of the rooms and utilities is impecable. The garden area was a delight to enjoy for breakfast and late night dinners at the candle light.

Excellent stay in hotel. As British people moving through, it was a traditional authentic German hotel and they were super accommodating of our lack of German. The evening reception staff were lovely and couldn't do anymore for us and spoke exceptional English. We got a free upgrade to a balcony room as it was our honeymoon with a mountain view which was stunning. It has a great spa set up, which was practically empty. Breakfast was good. Parking was incredibly easy in their underground car park.

We have got the upgrade and the room has views of both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. One from the balcony, the other from the window. It was lovely and relax stay. Staff did arrange tickets for us to both castles with great recoommendation. The property is in a short walk to castles, museum and the lake.
