I stayed at this hotel some ten years ago and thought it one of the most pleasant places I had ever been. It shows its age a bit now—the bathroom could be refreshed, and there is no air conditioning—but it is still exceptional. Unlike so many places on the Baltic coast, Dierhagen is not spoiled by droves of tourists. If I had more money, I would happily spend a week or two here.

I enjoy spacious rooms, balcony, great variety of breakfast!s options. Always friendly and helpful staff. Closeness to the beach and to the cyclist routes.
