Built under commission from Empress Victoria Friedrich and completed in 1893, it is today one of the most impressive German castles and offers its guests living history to touch and feel. Exclusive furnishings and an impressive collection of antiques and paintings from the private estate of the Empress Viktoria. Huge Bathroom, nice beds. Fantastic Ambiance, great Garden and Park. In general it was a royal experience to stay at such a historc building with an original Turner painting in the Baer!

This bed and breakfast features free private parking and luggage storage space. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. We were greeted very warmly by our hosts and made to feel welcome immediately. We parked up our motorcycles, on the extensive parking area available and made our way inside, at which point Heiki even called the local restaurant to make sure they were able to accommodate us for dinner. The room was woonderfully clean, providing all the necessities for our stay, with a wonderful bed, comfortable mattress, seating options, fridge and tea and coffee-making. The bathroom was small, but provided enough space and all the amenities expected of more expensive accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, which was fantastic. The spread was wide and varied, with all tastes and dietary requirements catered for. We were provided with a personal service, being the only remaining guests for the day, and were able to converse with the wonderful hosts.

We were very warm welcomed at Hotel Rose by the lady owner. The room is sparkling clean with all necessities. The bed is comfy. Breakfest is the best, dont even bother to go for something in town. We had a really great time here and the city is fairy. Would love to be back here.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Not why this hotel is not rated higher. It's located right in the middle of everything and the people are so friendly. I just loved the old-style architecture along with the vineyard feel of the hoff. Breakfast was awesome. The rooms have that old-style flair while being sufficiently updated on the inside, with plenty of comfort. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Rudesheim. There is also an awesome restaurant just across the street on the front side of the hotel, with authentic German cuisine.
