The staff was also very helpful, a lot of friendly faces, the staff team from the restaurant was excellent, and Nada from customer relation, she was constantly checking with us to make sure we’re good. The reception staff was also extremely nice, when we went on a tour, they actually packed us lunch boxes!!

The resort was sensational, diverse food, active animation, large rooms, very clean, they changed towels daily, you could leave the beach towels in the evening and in the morning you could take them clean, this daily. Many pools, bars, I didn't even manage to discover them all. The strong point - the huge coral reef, is a bay area, quiet, without wind for several hundred meters where you can discover the aquatic world. Farsha cafe close, old market - also quite close.

This 5-star resort features a private sandy beach with overwater decks on the Sharks Bay.It boasts 5 palm-framed freshwater pools, some of them offering full views of the Tiran Island. One of the pools is for adults only and offers an open air Jacuzzi and a swim-up bar. Amazing facility with amazing staff! We loved everything about this resort, it truly was worth the money we spent. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to go to Sharm. Great location, very close to the airport and to the center of Sharm as well. The all-inclusive option was definitely worth it! Friendly staff, the entertainment team were amazing!
