Each modern suite Aqua Suites has a private furnished terrace and air conditioning. There is a satellite TV, a living area with kettle and fridge and a bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries. Everything was perfect, the whole team was amazing especially Selena at the bar and Antônio at the reception.

Situated 5 minutes' walk from Playa Grande Beach in Puerto del Carmen, the Velázquez Bungalows feature a furnished terrace and some have sea views. The complex offers outdoor pools for adults and children. The location was perfect with a beach view and access the outside terrace was well equipped as was the whole apartment The location on the strip is just perfect for entertainment and dining we are looking forward to further visits.

Free sun loungers and towels are provided. The hotel is located right on the beach which was so convenient and we didn't need to pay for the beach loungers as the hotel was right there. We booked the high floor suite which had an amazing view and was very spacious. The hotel put accomodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other which was great. Very clean and comfortable with great working Air-con. Live music every evening. The pool was well kept and clean and very aesthetic. It was the nicest smelling hotel I have stayed with nice floral scents everywhere including the bathrooms! We will be back ...

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were amazing. And the personnel very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Great, good options, but realised late you could order from the menu as well.
