This is a great little hotel in an historic building. Our room and bathroom (with sauna) was huge and very nicely decorated.

Original Sokos Hotel Royal is like a small city within the city, a dynamic meeting place for locals and travelers. The list is long; excellent touch-control and motion sensitive lighting, hotel remained pin quiet throughout the stay, everything was new, clean. Sauna was easy to operate, smart large showers. Vaasa is an interesting, historically rich, smaller city- and hope to return. Great hotel for longer stays due to 0 frustrations.

He was professional and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and well furnished. Room service did a 👏 great job tidying up the room and gave fresh towels. The sauna was a fantastic, free service that we could use between 5pm to 10pm. Clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Center of town location and proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.
