Located on top of Kaunispää Fell, Star Arctic Hotel & Activities is situated in Saariselka in the Finnish Lapland Region. Each room features large windows to view the surrounding nature and if lucky, the Northern Lights during winter. A shared sauna is also available. It was an amazing experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to observe northern lights. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was a very good choise for us :)

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. When you enter the hotel, you can arrange all the activities with the help of the staff. Seeing the northern lights was amazing!!! It was very enjoyable and easy to walk from the bungalows to the restaurant, to the deers and the huskies.

The property is 11 km from central Saariselkä, Kiilopää fell is 5 km away. The cabin was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It really is a perfect place to stay in a dreamy location. We had no issues during our stay and would love to come back one day.

The rooms at Santa's Hotel Tunturi are spread over 6 different buildings. A satellite TV, a tea/coffee maker and access to a shared ski maintenance room with drying cupboard come standard. Some rooms have a private sauna and a balcony. Nice hotel with an excellent sauna. Staff were very kind to let me store & charge my e-Mtb bike inside.
