There is vintage wallpaper and beautiful tiled stoves (functioning!) inside. The whole place has a great atmosphere. The host is a very friendly person :) There is a dog as well, she is super cute 🤍 Good breakfast, overall great value for money.

This property is on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna and a summer restaurant. Beautiful scenery with warm welcome from the owner.

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

This central Hotelli Lähde hotel is on the shore of Lake Saimaa. It provides sauna access. All rooms have free internet. The air-conditioned rooms at Hotelli Lähde include a TV, work desk and fridge. It was very nice, room was large and comfortable

Hostel Mansikka está en Taipalsaari, en la región de Finlandia Meridional, a 17 km de Puerto de Lappeenranta. El entorno es espectacular y la casa tiene mucho potencial en cuanto a espacios, pero está un poco destartalada y no muy limpia (sabanas y toallas bien, el resto, no tanto)

Amazing place to get together with group of friends (30 of us had stayed for 3 nights) in a quiet beautiful surroundings of the lake, pine forest, and plenty of things to do. Helpful and friendly staff supervised by the owner able to accommodate any requests in a timely manner 10 out of 10

Sahanlahti Resort ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en Puumala, frente a la playa, y tiene jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. Espectacular en todos los sentidos. Ideal ubicación, trato y gastronomía local. Nos ofrecieron cambiar por algo más dinero a las villas luxury con sauna privada y jacuzzi al aire libre y fue todo un acierto. No dudaría en volver a reservar y disfrutar. Una pena no haber disfrutado más del complejo.

Hotel Oscar is next to the Warkaus-Sali Concert Hall in Varkaus, 1 km from Varkaus Station. It offers free WiFi, private parking and free access to a gym and sauna. This hotel is a hidden gem! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the neighbourhood was beautiful and food was excellent. We especially enjoyed jogging in the park near by, hotel gym and lovely breakfast.

This hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Joensuu Train Station and offers a sauna. Its air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TV and free 1 GB WiFi connection. Good location, private and quiet place good to relax. Very nice sauna. Good breakfast.
