You need a car to get there as it is located just outside of Dijon. It is worth getting a car just to see the place: it is essentially a mansion just outside of a now derelict cement factory that they have artfully and tastefully integrated into their property. The grounds are large, dotted with places to lounge, relax and enjoy. The swimming pool (heated!) is worth using, also because it has been built into the remains of the old factory. The entire estate is tastefully done, with no expense spared. It is no surprise that the breakfast is super, too. Deserves the 10-Star rating and well worth a stay there.

Domaine Maltoff está a 14 km de Torre del Reloj de Auxerre y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. I liked the terrace where I had dinner. Quiet, neat and peaceful.

El personal y las instalaciones son muy buenos, espero que nunca cambien porque me ha encantado la experiencia y pienso repetir. Nos hemos podido relajar y también hemos podido disfrutar mucho.

On our way back home, we stayed in this charming bed & breakfast and absolutely loved it. The hosts — a super friendly Flemish couple — turned what used to be a ruin into a peaceful and beautifully renovated retreat. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. You immediately feel at home thanks to the warm welcome and helpful attitude of the owners. They can truly be proud of what they’ve built. We only stayed one night, but this is definitely a place where you’d want to stay longer and unwind. And then… the breakfast! Freshly baked homemade bread, delicious marmelade, fresh fruit juice, croissants, cheese — all enjoyed in the company of the hosts and other guests. A perfect end to a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Este molino del siglo XVIII es ahora un hotel de 3 estrellas situado en la región de Borgoña. Ofrece un jardín en el corazón de un bosque, a orillas del río Cousin. I loved the remote and calming. The dinner with the course opions were amazing.
