We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and approachable, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you for their outstanding support when my daughter lost her phone in a taxi—they went above and beyond to track it down, and we got it back safely. Truly exceptional service!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wish we had spent more time to enjoy all the facillties. Highly recommend this hotel. It was gorgeous.

Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.
