The en suite bathroom has a hot and cold shower and is stocked with a hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

It's a 10-minute drive to SCBD area and a 15-minute drive to Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall. Kuningan Business District is a 10-minute drive from the property, while Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is a 1-hour drive from Four Season Hotel Jakarta. The properly was exceptional clean and all facilities were excellent. The service was also excellent and staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Guests can relax with a body massage in Kempinski The Spa’s rooftop treatment rooms, or workout at the fitness centre. The hotel also provides BMW cars and helicopter rental services upon request. This hotel is coveniently located on the main road leading to National Monument and to skyscraper with the observatory on the 99th floor. The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!

The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff overall were truly brilliant — the real jewel of the place. I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. This time I’d like to summarise my findings on the Shangri-la hotels in general, particularly this Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta. I found out that, this hotel is, absolutely covers everything you want, such as business, leisure, family etc. I’m 72 years old, and found that, just a Standard Room at Shangri-la hotel in Jakarta comprises everything you want compared with all the luxury 5-star hotels I stayed in around the world, everything is up-to-date, and quality control, I’ve never asked for anything to be changed or mended etc. From my perspective, the hotel is absolutely perfect for everything and everyone

Located in the Mega Kuningan business district, Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta features an outdoor pool with city view and a gym. The property is a 10-minute walk to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Kuningan City and Mall Ambassador shopping centres. The room was well-equipped for a business trip, with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection varied daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning!

From the hotel buffet breakfast, to the swimming pool, to the indoor and outdoor gym.

Featuring rooms with flat-screen TVs, it has free parking and an award-winning restaurant. Kota Kasablanka Mall is within a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is 9 km from Gelora Bung Karno's Main Gate. Everything. The staff took good care of me and accommodated me for a smoking room despite initially running put of rooms upgraded me to a suite (non smoking) for the first night and moved my belongings to requested smoking room the next day. The room was excellent. Location was great close to Kota Kasablanka shopping mall (walking distance) Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.
