Hotel Deli River is located in Medan City, surrounded by tropical greenery and natural landscapes. Overlooking the Sumatran Jungle, it offers free Wi-Fi access. The hotel is a beautiful oasis within the busy streets of Medan but off the road so that you are totally immersed in the tropical surrounds. The whole large, expansive state is tranquil and relaxing. A really lovely place to unwind and rest. The pool is quiet, clean and appears to be in the wilds of Sumatra, with a view of the Deli River and surrounding vegetation. Beautifully kept and maintained throughout the whole property.

We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

The room its super nice with wood floor, clean and big. Hot shower, comfy bed. The Restaurant/Coffee/Bar upstairs its fantastic, its nice decorated and done. You have a spectacular view to the Lake. Its peacefull, very good food and Drinks and super nice and lovely Owners. We would definitly come back here!

Amazing hotel in bukit lawang in the center of town! Their food is delicious, the room is very good and comfortable. Their main strength is the staff that is super friendly and helpful!! They can arrange anything for you, anything is possible in the jungle!!! We also had a nice trek in the jungle with our guide Arman. Thank you!!
