Befani's Townhouse is a restored three storey listed building in Clonmel Town Centre. Very central to all amenities including the Suir Blueway for walks and cycling. I have stayed three times now and can not fault it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is fabulous (breakfast and evening tapas) and staff are so friendly especially Caroline who was always so accommodating and flexible on all stays. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

In a peaceful countryside location, this 4-star hotel offers spacious accommodation and superb facilities, including a leisure centre, spa and golf course. The staff were amazingly helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed when we had to make an impromptu stay in Tipperary due to the sudden snowfall. The hotel was a wonderful place to be stranded - we had a delicious carvery before enjoying the pool and spa. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful breakfast too. Special thanks to the maintenance team who helped us get out of the car park in all the snow and even cut a safe path all the way to my car with a shovel so that my pregnant sister would get there safely - we are very grateful for incredible service that went above and beyond and look forward to staying again!

Located on the outskirts of Thurles town, Anner Hotel and its leisure centre is a pleasant base with friendly staff, fine food and plenty of comforts. Love it except when the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. Turned out to be a false alarm.

In the centre of Thurles town, the 18th-century Hayes Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and coffee bar, as well as a nightclub on weekends, with live music and entertainment. Great staff very friendly and a cracking breakfast

Hotel Minella is an elegantly furnished country house on the banks of the River Suir, close to Clonmel town centre and bordered by the Comeragh Mountains. We liked everything - a lovely Irish country house hotel set in beautiful gardens by the river. We felt very lucky to have discovered this hotel and would have liked to stay longer than the 8 days we had.

The Kilcoran Lodge Hotel has stunning views over the Golden Vale and the Knockmealdown Mountains. It offers an indoor pool and spa bath, a restaurant, and rooms with free Wi-Fi. I loved the ambiance. The lodge decor was marvelous. I enjoyed the minor imperfections. I'm an older person so it just made me feel cozy. The lamb was amazing! The best meal I've eaten so far. If by chance I make it back I will definitely try to stay again.
