We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! The room was modern, new, clean and well designed. We had a balcony with an amazing view and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful too. The breakfast on the Saturday was incredible. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. (The weekday breakfast was not quite as spectacular, but still really really good. Location was great, about 20 mins drive from the old city of Jerusalem.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

Irit Ben Hur was excellent in taking care of all my needs as well as the rest of the staff. They filled all my requests in terms of the kind of room I wanted location, size, shower or bath etc. The free dinner is a great extra treat and food was delicious!
