The staff was extremely nice - we arrived early, so they allowed us an early check-in, then they upgraded our room and also presented us aan amazing fruit plate and chocolates! That was such a nice surprise! I am terribly sorry I forgot the name of the lady at the reecption - she was so friendly so nice with us
