I loved the amazing hospitality of the team, especially Akshay, Eric and Albay. They made sure our stay was the most comfortable and memorable friendly experience. Among the many things they did, they helped me surprise my partner with flowers and chocolates on Valentine’s. Thank you so much team! The hotel was also very beautiful, clean, and elegant. I loved the space in the room and the various facilities. 10/10!

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het hotel is heel stijlvol ingericht. Het is dichtbij het vliegveld en toch rustig. Heerlijk bed. Smaakvol eten (Indisch en Westers) en goede douche.

Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Ketki’s warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. The interconnected room upgrade recommended by the reception team was perfect for our family. Overall, the best experience we’ve had in India—highly recommend!

Het Abode Bombay ligt op slechts 100 meter van de populaire en iconische Gateway of India, en biedt een spa- en wellnesscentrum. U kunt de 24-uursreceptie te alle tijden benaderen voor hulp. Wat een pareltje!!!! Geweldig personeel. Hele fijne kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. De locatie is ook perfect. Zo blij dat we hier onze laatste dagen in India verbleven hebben.

Definitly the access to the lounge is worth money. Afternoon tea comes with nice sandwiches and they offer free cocktails and mocktails in evenings.
