The view is exceptional, overlooking the old gardens and down into the valley. Breakfast was particularly impressive with a huge range of options including local meats and cheese, all very fresh. I loved that almost nothing was in plastic compared to some of the places we stayed on our trip. I've seen other commenters disappointed in the 'upkeep' of the gardens but I'm happy to see they've turned most of the old gardens into a rewilding project for a butterfly garden. Much nicer than manicured lawns in my opinion!

Mario's wife met us and showed us all the nuances of the place, how to get lights on and how to use the coffee maker. The place was modern with a clean and comfortable environment. A breakfast box was provided each day with coffe pods and a variety of snacks. It is also located near a walking and bike path along the sea. There is also an awesome restaurant less than a block away. Great value for the money.

Loved the kindness of the owner very helpful, always around if any need and doing everything possible, to make you feel like home and have a lovely holiday.
