The rooms were spotless, and the staff was kind and helpful. Our rooms were in 2 different floors and we asked if it was possible to be on the same floor. Our wish was granted, and we were given an upgrade without further charge. I accidentally dropped the keys to the room and broke the key-ring and they were kind enough not to charge me for it. The location was excellent(in between 2 underground stations, about 2 minutes walk from each). Very tranquil and super comfortable rooms. We will definitely go back

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Again, it was a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. This time we had the room with a large balcony with a view to the Pantheon, super! The location is excellent. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. We really enjoyed the possibility to have breakfast on our balcony. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully will stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Rome, with most attractions within walking distance. If we ever plan a return trip to Rome, this place will be our first choice. Highly recommended!
