The breakfast is really really good you won't disappoint. We would surely recommend this place and not hesitate to go back here again. They allow luggage deposit after check in but must come back picking up before 8.00pm.

The property is located 40 km from Piazza Matteotti, 50 km from Piazzale Michelangelo and 50 km from Pitti Palace. Some units at the property feature a terrace with a city view. Palazzo Pacini was our favourite place to stay while in Tuscany. We arrived after 9pm because of flight delay. Owner called and was ready to wait us. He was very welcoming and kind, showed parking area (5min walk from the hotel, public and free) and gave a lift back to the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the area around the hotel, had very good pizza across the street. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything.

Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!
