Providing city views, Wadi Rum Candles Camp in Wadi Rum features accommodation, an open-air bath and a garden. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor fireplace. The campground also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. If you’re looking for an experience that reflects the Bedouin lifestyle, this is the perfect place. They’ll pick you up in their 4x4 Jeep and take you to several beautiful desert spots, where they’ll cook a traditional Jordanian lunch for you — like Galayet Bandora with meat — while you enjoy watching the sunset with a cup of tea in one of the most breathtaking locations. After that, you’ll return to the camp, where they’ll prepare Madoon (slow-cooked chicken) for dinner. At night, there’s a cozy gathering where you can chat, share stories, and ask about Jordanian traditions, customs, and culture. The place is peaceful, special, and close to all other attractions, and hopefully, it won’t be your last visit!

The quiet Bedouin camp is located next to Um Sabattah, the most famous place in the area to see the sunset, a 9KM into the desert from Rum Village. The peaceful, beautiful setting is the perfect base for your visit to Wadi Rum. Went with our young kids and they were safe and had a great time. We all enjoyed our time exploring and having our kids experience new places. The staff were amazing with our children.

Located in the protected area of Wadi Rum, this authentic Bedouin camp is surrounded by orange-coloured rock mountains. Salman Zwaidh offers private and shared tents, and free breakfast is served daily. Our stay at the camp was absolutely wonderful! A really nice driver picked us up at the Visitor Center and we experienced a breathtaking Jeep Tour through Wadi Rum at Sunset. The Room was big and so beautiful! After they showed us our cabin we drank tea with the people who worked there. After that, we opted for Dinner, which was super delicious and the breakfast the next morning was fine. The best Foul I had in my life. The desert is beautiful and I can only recommend staying at this camp.
