Check-in process was very smooth, Hala is exceptionally helpful and supprotive. Staff are very nice and polite. Overall experience was good, definitely going to come back when i'm in Jordan again

Wanted a place to relax and this hits all the marks, amazing pools, spa, and a great beach to float in the Dead Sea. We absolutely loved it. The concept of several blocks around the central pool is great! Also there were cats everywhere a great plus. Can't recommend it more.

Boasting tree-lined outdoor pools overlooking the waters of the Dead Sea, the 5-star Kempinski features a private stretch of beach and a spa offering sea mud and sea salt treatments. The boy named Mohammad (I hope I remembered and spelled his name correctly) at the beach was very sweet. He explained the process of applying the mud, walked us through each step, and made the whole experience feel special. It truly became the highlight of our trip. After visiting so many places and staying in different 5-star hotels, things can start to feel a bit the same — but it was this person, and our conversation with him, that created a truly memorable moment. PS I really enjoy the view from the room. The butler has also been incredibly helpful, suggesting many great restaurants.
