I came here with 2 friends, all in our 20's. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. It was not very roomy but it wasn't a problem. It was pretty crowded with guests, but there was enough space for me. Even if you weren't to use the onsen, I think coming here is worth it. The breakfast was included with our room and that was our favorite part. There were various options and the food was restaurant quality. They provided robes and slippers. The wifi and air conditioning worked great, and the room was pretty spacious. We dropped our luggage off in the morning and came back later in the day. The staff was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants to eat at around the area. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would come here again with my parents or someone I am trying to treat, but probably not with my friends if we were on a budget.

The hotel is next to the central Nagoya train station and bus station and with hotel entrance to the main station concourses and the Shinkansen ticket office and platforms and access to all the main underground lines. Main Nagoya sights are nearly all within walking distance. All the hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful throughout every part of the hotel. After the hustle and bustle of Nagoya the Hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty We particularly enjoyed Bar Estmare. This was our third stay and we are looking forward to the next visit. There is so much more still to discover in this beautiful hotel.

The scent they used for the hotel lobby and the lift is very nice. They even sell their scent and shampoo. Location is near the train station. There is a 24hr ichiran ramen just next to it. Cannot ask for more. Will come back again.
