The owner is so nice and helpful. My mom got the injured and the owner helped us to call and took us to the hospital, also be a translator. The room is very clean and spacious. Just about everything. We were late coming in from the airport, and the staff stayed back till 8pm to wait for us, much appreciated! The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Comes with a big (common) drying room downstairs for ski gear. Our apartment faced the ski slopes, and it was amazing to wake each day to the beautiful white snow. Note: it will be much more convenient to drive, rather than rely on public transport.

The children-friendly hotel, Hotel Naturwald Furano offers a play area for kids and accommodations with free Wi-Fi and mountain or city views. The hotel has a very nice character. Not overly commercialised. Staff were very pleasant. There are a lot of free facilities such as a kid's play area, dessert bar, lounges and dedicated work spaces. The Onsen was very nice as well.
