Designed as a residential hotel for longer stays. We only stayed for two nights but loved the homely feel and excellent quality of fittings and services. Lovely breakfast and nice lounge to relax in with free wine and beer - great for winding down after a day of exploring. We used the laundry facilities which were very useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location perfect - right beside the train station.
We had a lovely stay at Pacific Hotel Kanazawa! The hotel was in a very good position to visit the city, we even rented out bikes directly from the hotel which made exploring Kanazawa even more fun! The staff was super friendly, they managed to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere in the little bar at the hotel lobby! Very recommended!
The rooms were lovely, the staff incredibly kind, and the location convenient. What we particularly appreciated was the availability of a public bath and the option to book a massage. It added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay.
Lovely Japanese house, I enjoyed sleeping on the futon. The location was close to the Higashi Chaya district. Facilities are all modernised, bottles of shower products even provided so you can visit the local bathhouse. Clearly it has been designed with care. I would say this property is best to stay multiple nights in Kanazawa and explore at a relaxed pace.
No better way to get a deep bath into Japanese culture. Lovely staff, well organised transport, great food, warm Onsen and relax!
Excellent value for money. Very fresh rooms with super comfy beds. We lived on 11th floor, so the city view was amazing, too, especially at night. Close to all the main locations of our interest. I didn't use the public baths but I did visit the spa therapist for a full body Japanese massage. An outstandingly relaxing experience! Even got a bag of herbal tea as a gift. Lovely
Beautiful house perfect for a family stay with all the facilities you need. It had a very relaxing but comfortable feel. It was easy to get into the house using the door code, and as soon as we telephoned the host using the house mobile, someone came round within 10 minutes to complete the formalities and make sure everything was in order. Lovely service.
Rooms were traditional style and very lovely. Futons extremely comfy even for my dad who has a bad back. The baths were very relaxing. Owners of property were extremely hospitable and kind.
The meals were fantastic and the service was exceptional. The onsen was lovely and clean and very relaxing. Dining in front of a Noh stage was particularly special.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Japanese traditional minimalism aesthetic. Very well appointed and comfortable room in a great location close to the Oomiya Market, Higashi Chaya district and the castle park. Lovely shrine literally steps away as well. Absolutely loved it.
