Breakfast and dinner were good, nice onsen, great location with beautiful landscape, free shuttle bus between hotel and downtown, friendly staffs.

Our little house was cute but spacious. It had every comfort, a kitchen area, space to spread out our gear and a comfortable seating area, as well as good bathroom etc It had microwave oven, toaster, kettle, lots of sockets and extension cables, and even a boot drying gadget! There was a free clothes washing and drying service which was wonderful for us as we arrived there soaked to the skin after a hike in the ancient cedar forest during a thunderstorm. Our ferry was cancelled because of the storm and Morinokokage gave us another night’s accommodation at literally a moment’s notice. The owner also rang several restaurants and secured us a booking for dinner. I couldn’t praise the highly enough. It ticked all the boxes dnd more besides. Very highly recommended!

Overlooking Kagoshima Bay, Hakusuikan boasts an outdoor pool and a variety of spacious indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, including a Sunamushi sand hot-spring. It had a calm and relaxing atmosphere that allowed me to unwind and disconnect from the outside world. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the multi-course dinners were presented with stunning detail and tasted amazing.

We selected the breakfast to be included and it exceeded our expectations. It made our experience!

Wa no Cottage Sen-no-ie está en Yakushima, a 8,4 km de Shiratani Unsuikyo, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. We had an incredible time at Sen-no-ie Cottage. The photos do not do this place justice. The setting is so peaceful and serene with the river close by. Our hosts had already turned the heater on for our arrival, and again they had warmed the cottage up for our return after a big day of hiking to Jomon Sugi. It is a clear that a lot of thought has gone into setting this place up and maintaining it. The hot bath was also super relaxing. Overall, we were very comfortable for our three night stay and neither of us wanted to leave.

El Richmond Hotel Kagoshima Kinseicho, situado a solo unos pasos de la estación de tranvía Asahidori, ofrece habitaciones confortables, desayunos y WiFi gratuita en todas las zonas. The hotel room for 3 people was big and the beds were comfortable. We parked at the hotel for 1000 yen per night. We walked to Tenmonkan, which was nearby. There was also a convenience store across the hotel.

Opened in 2012, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kagoshima is just a 2-minute walk from JR Kagoshima-Chuo Train Station and features a French restaurant and massage services. Perfect location Staff is helpful and friendly Room is really tidy and clean

Ours had an excellent view of Sakurajima. -Staffs speak English and are extremely helpful - they helped us with all our luggages. -Excellent onsen with lovely views of Sakurajima.
