Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Room was massive for one person. Fantastic view of the pagoda (but the main tori gate was not visible). Location is located slightly uphill but still close to the main shopping street and the shrine. The room shares the bathroom and shower with everyone else, but has its own sink so it's more convenient. The shared bathrooms were clean, and there's a shared bath that people can reserve.

The stuff was very kind and helpful, the place very clean and comfortable. Great view from the room and the shuttle is very comfortable.

Thank you for a beautiful stay here. There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

The room was confortable. The dinner and breakfast were just breathtakingly beautiful and delicious. The bathroom was nice but the bath water was not that hot. It was right by the center of miyajima. Just note that there is a curfew at night but it's fine. 🇫🇷Le personnel est tres gentil. La chambre était confortable. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement magnifiques et délicieux. La salle de bain était bien mais l'eau du bain n'était pas très chaude. L'hôtel est juste à côté du centre de Miyajima. Notez juste qu'il y a un couvre-feu la nuit mais ça va. 🇯🇵スタッフは親切です。 部屋は綺麗で布団はすごかったです。 夕食も朝食も美しく、美味しかったです。 バスルームはよかったですが、お風呂のお湯はあまり熱くありませんでした。 宮島の中心部のすぐ近くにありました。 夜間は門限がありますが、大丈夫です。

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. Beautiful property, excellent staff AND amazing dinner. Just incredible.

The room is very big. We enjoyed the spaciousness even though there was not much furniture. Staff were helpful and friendly. The island is beautiful and love the bustling food streets. Wish we had more time!
