Free shuttle bus (every 15 to 20 mins) between hotel and Osaka station is very convienieient and big plus for the hotel. Staff are gorgeous and willing to help guests.

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house features family rooms. Honestly cannot fault our stay in any way. It was one of the most authentic experiences we had during our stay in Japan. As soon as we arrived, our host made us feel unbelievably welcome and at home. The glowing reviews about the dinner were right too; absolutely delicious and unique. Just what we needed before setting off on our hike the next day. Would highly recommend to stay.

Large room with an enormous balcony with awesome city views and a table and chairs. A very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The bar was a really nice touch for hotel residents with free drinks and nibbles and a lovely terrace to enjoy the night lights of the city.

Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can enjoy refreshing massages during their luxurious stay. Umeda Station on the Midosuji Line is a 7-minute stroll from the hotel. Brand new and luxurious. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is perfect.

The hotel is amazing but need some love, a better manager, many little defects that should be fixed and convert it in a real 5 starts hotel

The property is located 3.2 km from Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle Shopping Centre, 4.1 km from Naka Family Residence and 5.8 km from Wakihama Ebisu Grand Shrine. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Felt very fancy after a trip of smaller private stays and rooms. Plenty of space with the beds, comfy and had a large bathroom. Staff were excellent and check-in was easy. There is an onsite restaurant but there was a private function the night we were there and the breakfast buffet was not very large. Not an issue for us though as there were three convenience stores nearby (3min walk) where we got dinner and breakfast. Very close to the train station and the staff held our bags from check out to 6pm as we had a late flight. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and the view was amazing over the city and only 2 short stops to the airport the next day. Certain floors also had bag scales so you can check your luggage weight prior to leaving for the airport in case repacking is needed.
