Lovely guesthouse, with bus stop just outside, perfect for exploring nearby sites and trails. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Views from the window are out of this world. Would recommend!
Everything was amazing: space, cleanliness, amenities, games... Fantastic. Will come back if I'm ever in Chichibu. Also, host Natsuki is lovely!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Looking back at our trip it was definitely one of our favourites. The private onsen is lovely and the complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate is a nice touch. We opted for the breakfast and even that was 10/10. Super close to the bell tower and little edo. We’ve recommended to our friends already. The owner and her son were both very friendly. We felt at home.
Had a very comfortable stay and the lovely host even prepared some breakfast Onigiri for me.
Beautiful onsen. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed
Lovely Hotel, great location with easy access to 'Little Edo' and next to train station.Great breakfast and the hotel is fairly new so rooms immaculate.Easy access to supermarket and convenience stores.Restaurants downstairs in the mall.
The location is incredibly convenient, the staff are lovely, the room was beautiful, the building is lovely and the breakfast was divine. I really can't say enough good things.
Breakfast very good, but sold out for part of our stay. Onsen was excellent. Pillow choice lovely but none available on day of check in. Staff lovely
The Room modern with good facilities. Room space is okay to unpack the luggage (we stay in Twin room). The good part is SPA, which allow us to wind down and relax with open air onsen.
The owner is a supportive, hospitable, and lovely guy. Feel free to ask him for help even if you don't know any Japanese. This was my first time in Japan, and I was afraid before arriving here. But staying with him for a few days made me more relaxed.
