This 2-star ryokan offers full-day security and luggage storage space. The ryokan has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Perfect place. Staff is kind, welcoming. English is spoken too. I will definitely go back without hesitation.

There is a bath for each gender on site and both the female and male baths offer a view of Senso-ji Temple’s Five-storied Pagoda. The staff was welcoming and eager to help. We shipped our luggages a day after our arrival and they even brought the heavy bags to our room in our absence. The ryokan is very well located, near the temple and the small shops. It gets very quiet at night even though it is a very busy area during the day. The room is small but well put together. Minimal decoration, traditional with tatami and comfortable futons. We were also provided with lovely snacks and tea as a welcoming package. The onsen is very intimate and private, with a view of either the temple nearby or the Skytree. We would definitely come back to this lovely ryokan when we will return to Japan!

The Cerulean Tower is just a 5-minute walk away from Shibuya Station, providing access to many train and subway lines. From there it is a 2-minute train ride to Harajuku and the Meiji Jingu Shrine. We had a perfect stay and were completely satisfied with the hotel. It has a great location in Shibuya: 5 min to the station in a quieter area. The room was nice, spacious and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful view. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. All the facilities are excellent.
