The host is supernice, eh gave us a lot of recommendations on the trekking routes for Mount Seorak and also to visit the city of Sokcho and restaurants. The room had plenty of space, and a little kitchen. The place is peaceful and quiet to get a good rest and close enough to the National Park so you can get there soon if you're going hikking. All after having the delicious breakfast the host prepared for us.

All rooms and suites come with a private balcony with mountain or sea views. Minibar, bottled water and tea sets are provided in each room. Bathrobes, slippers and free amenities are placed in the private bathroom fitted with a rain shower. What a beautiful place to stay! My room (spacious, welcoming, very modern and with a great bathroom) and a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a magical spot, not in the centre of Sokcho (but I had been there before, I wanted to explore the area) and you can really get an authentic experience with the atmosphere and the food. The convenience store inside the hotel is not a rarity in Korea, but I am still not used to it, I think it's so cool and convenient :) Super recommend if you want to visit the Daepo Port area.

First the rooms were separated; bedroom and kitchen & living room. And washrooms were two. Clean and enough space for our family. I was really satisfied with the resort.

The hotel also offers free WiFi access and elegantly decorated accommodation with air conditioning. The hotel has plenty of parking, which was nice. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The rooms are quite large, clean, and the view from the window (ocean view) was nice. The complimentary water bottles and refrigerator were nice.

The property has mountain and river views, and is 6.7 km from Seorak Waterpia. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very quiet, clean, simple but everything you need. Big room compared to other places. Very convenient close to the bus station, Seoraksan park and facilities. And the tenant was so helpful and kind!!! She even drop us to the park the second day we were there.

Yongpyeong Ski Resort is a 15-minute drive while Bokwang Phoenix ski slopes and Gangneung City are each a 45-minute drive away. Comfortable enough with 2bathrooms n 2 rooms for family.

Intercontinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort is situated in Daegwallyeong, a popular getaway spot for those who seek exploring in the mountains. The resort is at the foot of the Alpensia ski slopes and a 15-minute drive from Yongpyong ski slopes. Pretty new Jinbu ktx station, local attractions are not too far and easily reach by taxi. Rooms are huge and lots of space for luggage. Bathroom was great with both bathtub and separate shower.Loved the view facing the ski slopes

KensingtonHotel Seorak is located in Sokcho, less than 200 metres from Seorak National Park. A household name with Korean celebrities, it features free parking and free WiFi.

Daepo Harbour is 13 km away. For relaxation, Osaek Oncheon (hot spring) is an hour’s drive away. Location was superb. Mountain view out of the balcony was stunning. Breakfast selection is decent as in any other big western hotel chain. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and spoke excellent english.
