The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful, modern and spotless. The room was large and extremely clean. The location was so convenient, next to several train lines making it easy to get to all the sights in Seoul. Also very easy to travel to the hotel from the airport using the AREX train and metro. On our flight out of Seoul, we opted for the hotel to arrange for a hotel van with child seat, very easy! I would gladly stay here again!

Location 👌🏻 especially for repeat visitors who no longer need to stay in the middle of Myeongdong. Hotel team 👌🏻 friendly, relaxed, unobtrusive, and very helpful when asked. IMO perfect. Facilities 👌🏻 clean modern rooms are large for the location and price, cable TV and good wifi, also the water pressure is excellent. Free shared laundry on the top floor along with a lovely (and functional) guest lounge, and a rooftop chill space.
Mimi the host was really friendly, was able to communicate clearly to us as well. She’s got a lovely set up there, the surrounding area was so peaceful and tranquil as well. The temple and village were really relaxing. It’s also near a cafe called 1 cup which is a viral place now, personally felt it was overhyped. Other than the pillows in the Hanok I had no complaints at all.
In a quiet area, ample eateries and convenience stores nearby. Room cleaning is always great and the cleaning lady was kind and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Able to control room temperature. Decent gym, could do my usual workouts. Quiet at night! Slept great usually. (Very sensitive sleeper) They sell bath bombs from a little vending machine downstairs which made for lovely relaxing evenings.
This was our second time staying here and we were offered an upgrade which was mighty kind. The rooms are big, comfortable with a lovely wardrobe space. The bathroom is really nice and the linens are top quality. G2 is on a quiet street with everything you need just a walk away with multiple convenient stores. Also, you get great value for your money here.
Great location (10-minute walk from Seoul station), lovely staff, beautiful room and amazing breakfast. We even got a free bottle of wine, whicj was a lovely surprise.
The location, decor and services such as the two pools and the sauna room (which has three jacuzzis, two pools at different temperatures and a vanity area) was superb. The terrace too in our room. The staff were lovely too and I would recommend this hotel!
We stayed here for the first few nights of our honeymoon and got a really nice welcome from them - a bottle of wine and a room upgrade. The location was very easy to get everywhere - we walked to the palace and to Bukchon, to Namsan Hill and to the Namdaemun market. It's very close to the subway too so easy (once you've located a convenience store and bought yourself a t money card) to get around the rest of Seoul as well. Absolutely loads of street food and restaurants within seconds of leaving the hotel.
