Unfortunately, we stayed only one night however, the morning after, they prepared an amazing breakfast for us, which kept us energized for the complete way to Kandy.

The customer service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any need we had. The staff was caring and kind. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower was good with hot water. The grounds of the hotel were serene and beautiful. The chef did a wonderful job with meals that were extremely affordable. Being from the USA, it would only be possible to get this type of customer service from a high end resort or hotel. We were so happy with our stay we booked a night for the end of trip. I would highly recommend the Orerka Hotel for your stay. Thank you to the beautiful staff for making the beginning of our stay in Sri Lanka perfect. Btw- the airport shuttle is a silver van with the hotel's name on the side.

The staff were super helpful, engaging with our children and cooked meals upon request. This will be our start and end point for every trip to Sri Lanka from now on.
