Hassan and his team are a fantastic group—warm, hospitable, and always willing to assist. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and plentiful, showcasing local flavors and generous hospitality. On our second morning, Mohamed led us on a sunrise camel trek that truly felt like a magical desert experience. After breakfast, Hassan took us on an off-road jeep excursion deep into the dunes. We visited nomadic families and shared tea with them, explored the remains of a kasbah, paused at one of the region’s rare wells, and visited a salt lake. Lunch was served at Hotel Café du Sud, followed by a brief tour of Merzouga. We then returned to the heart of the dunes to peacefully watch the sunset—a moment where time truly stands still. Thank you, Hassan and team, for an unforgettable experience at a very fair price. We highly recommend Berber Camp to anyone seeking an authentic desert adventure.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Gorgeous courtyard and common areas. Beautiful rooms. We got an upgraded one with a private terrace overlooking the dunes. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the ladies in kitchen are the best cooks in the country. We had our best meal of our entire 2 week stay in Morocco (across 10 venues) here. It was a pre-fixed menu for all the guests, but we had no complaints - all the courses were delightful! The riad arranged for us to go out into the dunes on buggies the next morning which was a really fun experience. Sorry we had only one night here - had we known better, we would have skipped the night in the Berber camp and just done the sunset camel riad into the dunes from Riad Madu as well.

The desert adventures were unforgettable: sunrise camel treks that took my breath away, thrilling quad bike rides at sunset, and sleeping under the stars in their luxury desert camp. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the traditional tagines and hearty breakfasts that fueled our desert explorations. Cooling off in their beautiful pool while gazing at the golden dunes was pure bliss. Every moment felt magical, from the professional service to the authentic Sahara experiences they provided. This hotel doesn't just offer accommodation - it delivers a once-in-a-lifetime desert adventure that I'll treasure forever. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the ultimate Moroccan desert experience!

Moda Camp Merzouga - Quad Camel ATV is located in Hassi Labied, 5 km from Merzouga, and 1 km from dunes Erg Chebbi. Really recommended to every one! Absolutely great experience! Camel trip with Mohammed to Sahara was very interesting. Super friendly staff! Everything was perfectly prepared including tasty dinner in the camp. You can even listen to the live Berber music. They helped me with very early arriving and departure from Merzouga. Thank you Mohammed and hope to see you again guys! Greetings

The property was right in the middle of the valley with beautiful views. The room was a good size and we stayed nice and warm with the heat pump (very quiet) and floor oil fin heater. The balcony is nice to sit on and enjoy. The breakfast was typical Moroccan and very good. The dinner they serve is a bit expensive but extremely delicious and we definitely recommend it. The staff is so friendly and ready to help with anything you need.
