Located in Casablanca, beside Anfa Place Living Resort, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca boasts a spa centre and fitness centre. The hotel has a year-round hammam, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The room was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. It was ample and very spacious. The breakfast was on another level and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome, like they were hosting a long-lost treasured relative. Don't get me started on the front desk staff, especially Jasmine and her Manager Samiya. They both went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I wanted and went out of their way to help us get checked into our room before the official check-in time, as we got to the hotel by 7 am and the official check-in time was 3 pm. Points also to the security team for your care , concern and prompt service when the alarm in my room suddenly went off for no reason. Thanks to Samiya and the hotel staff for the complimentary massage given to my daughter and me to make up for that minor inconvenience. No hotel has ever offered me a complimentary massage before because of an alarm going off. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. 10 / 10 across the board. I'll definitely be visiting again and would gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

We felt really comfortable to come back here after being out and about all day, the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. All basic amenities provided. Arrive hungry. We LOVED staying in this place because it was very authentic, comfortable, welcoming and warm, more than a "fancy" farmhouse stay closer to Marrakech we were in a few nights prior.

The hotel was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The stuff team was incredibly friendly and attentive, they provided us with helpful recommendations for local tour around the waterfalls. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary good with fresh and delicious options. If you’re looking to explore the waterfalls nearby while enjoying a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

Also found the vibe of this hotel to be unique and homey unlike some of the brand luxury hotels. A very genuine place to stay in downtown Casablanca. Love eating at La Pergola !!!
